Noob - Can you re-send a text message?

The other night I sent my girlfriend a text and she didn't get it. I typed it out again and she didn't get it again. Is there a way to re-send a message you already typed?

On a side note, now that we have multiple alerts for text messages is there anything like that for missed calls?

You can't resend messages yet :(
Maybe in the future an update will allow it ... here's to hoping!! ... :apple:

If she's not recieving them and the iPhone has said it's been sent, then it's one of the network providers. You'll have to call yours up and she should call hers up. If anything they'd go to her phone in a while.

You cant resend but hit the edit button and forward it to same recipient
Its the next best thing
