Hi, I'm using Photoshop CS3 since a few months on my mac. Ever since then I noticed that some of the keyboard shortcuts I frequently use on the PC don't work on the Mac, and I can't figure out why. Those were option(alt) + del and crtl + del.

Now since today, all of a sudden "del" stopped working altogether, meaning that I can't delete content of selected areas anymore. That's all the more annoying because I need that shortcut all the time.

Does anyone have any ideas what's wrong here and can help me out? Thanks in advance!

For the fill shortcuts your talking about, it's different on a mac. Use the delete thats next to the +/= button not the delete that's next to home/end. The delete key where backspace would be on the PC is the Mac's version of Del in photoshop.

Got to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts to browse through the different shortcuts.

Oh yeah and most shortcuts on a mac you need to replace ctrl with the command key. So use command+delete.
