Hi All

My girlfriend has a performance project upcoming, she has to make her voice sound like instruments.. (don't ask me why its her course)

She has to record say a 'drum' and then a 'guitar' and then a keyboard etc..

So the drum has to be recorded and be looping while she sings the guitar part in, this all has to be in one take without pausing or fiddling on a computer!

Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be really appreciated!

Cheers

Nick

What kind of gear do you have?

I have never attempted this, but if I wanted to, I would buy something like this loop pedal, which can record 10 different looped phrases simultaneously. Hook up something like an SM58 to it.

Then I suppose I'd take the output and plug it into your computer to record in garageband.
