So, my coworker's daughter put a passcode on her touch, forgot it, and now she has no idea how to reset it. It refuses to let her guess anymore, and iTunes won't let her use it because of the passkey. Is there a way to hack it, jailbreak or otherwise? We have no clue which firmware version it's running...only that it's a first-generation 8GB. I've already tried ZiPhone with no luck. "Error: Ziphone returned 11." Little help? :D

If the iPod touch is trying to sync to the computer it was original synced to then, the password would not be an issue. iTunes would reset the iPod automatically.
