iPod Britney Spears Circus goes out of order when synced to iPhone?

Hi

I have Britney Spears circus that I ripped from CD which in iTunes is 100% but when I sync it the order goes completely wrong and I can't work it out for the life of me, could someone help me as reripping and tagging (In iTunes) didn't work.

in iTunes, if you select the first song of the album, and press command-I, you will be able to edit the metadata of the song files.

in the "info" tab, there is a "song number" category. maybe manually enter the order of the songs into this field? you will have to do this for each track on the album. (start at the first song, and use the "next" button at the bottom to go to the next song.)

I did that a while ago, I just had another go at retagging from scratch, I hope it works now
