hey guys,
i recently dropped my macbook air, and the hd on it died.

i went to apple, and the genius' there told me i need to spend roughly £680 to bring the machine back into warranty.

im cheap! as it boots fine from an external, i simply want to replace the HD itself.

so i bought one from this dude 2 weeks ago.

i put it in a caddy and it works fine, but just as i had imaged it i found out the same guy was selling MBA SSD's last week.:D

so i bought the bullet and bought one!

now ive got it i cant find anywhere to install the SSD for me:eek:
guess i should have thought about that first huh?

ive imaged the drive, but now just need it put in to the MBA.

can someone please post an idiot proof guide or somewhere in london where i can get this installed please?

thanks!
