Has anyone managed to use the UIImagePickerControl to successfully take a photo and view it either immediately or saving to photo album without it being cropped at the top?
I have used numerous samples of code from various sources and they all do the same thing:
Snap photo and it is displayed in preview which is OK
Use photo and return to caller and display photo through didFinishPickingImage and the top of the image is cropped?
Snap photo and it is displayed in preview which is ok
Use photo and return to caller and save photo to photo album
Open photo through iPhoto and top of image is cropped?
There was a hint of a clue that maybe SDK 3 may be to blame even though I chose target 2.2.1, but I removed it and xcode and intalled 2.2.1 again.
still same problem????
