Streaming Photos to aTV iTunes 9

Just got my aTV and can stream everything except Photos, what gives? I unchecked the sync option just like movies, tv shows, etc., however, on my aTV it just errors out saying to sync photos?

Am I missing something?

I don't think you can stream photos. My ATV is sitting in its box as I have just moved and I haven't set it up yet. So I can't verify.

I synced all my photos to it and stream from my mobile me gallery. Don't think you can stream from a Mac.

I read that but it doesn't work, nor is the options Photos->Shared Photos even available in aTV?

Am I missing something??

Seriously, this is driving me crazy. Does anyone have streamed photos working? The apple directions just don't work there is not Photos-Shared PHotos in either aTV or in iTunes. Using the latest aTV and iTunes 9 latest versions.
