Iphone keeps talking, how to shut up?

Setting> General> Accessibility> Voice Over> Toggle Off.

Ask it nicely to stop, hehe..

Go to Settings, General, Accessibility, nad set VoiceOver to off

Wished they had this setting for my ex:

Settings> General> Accessibility> Voice Over> Toggle Off.

Huh? What do you mean "can't scroll it down?"

Try Tripple Tapping the home button first. Then try to do it.

Thank you guys after 1 1/2 hours I finally came to this forum and found how to remove the annoying talking feature on my iphone. I really thought I had to get a new one because the touch screen was disable with this talking feature. It was not until I read here that three fingers will move the screen that I was able to go to "accessiblity" and turn off the feature. Thank you guys!
