Hey. I am a PC technician and have disassembled and fixed many laptops. This is my first experience with a MacBook. The problem is my buddy got mad one day and slammed his fist down right over the CD drive on his original MacBook Pro from 2006. The case slopes down slightly where the impact was, but the CD drive still can insert and spit out CDs. Anyway, the computer won't power on anymore. I took off the top and examined the motherboard and all the components and everything appear visually OK. If anyone has any experience taking these things apart and has any suggestions, I would be much obliged to hear them. Thanks.
