I know how to "Page Down" on a Mac keyboard (fn+down arrow).

Is there a way to skip to the next page, instead of the command above which only scrolls down so far, and I wind up looking at the bottom of the first page and the top of the second.

I'd like to know if there is a command similar to the "Next Page" button in the toolbar on Acrobat so that when you do it, it puts the next page (in it's entirety), front and center in the window.

Holding the Option key down and clicking on the Scroll Bar (down) arrow is the closest thing I've found, but Word (being Word) still wants to show me the bottom of the previous page. I don't want to see a 1/4 of the last page and 3/4 of the next page.

Anybody?

J.

I know I've adjusted that in Excel, but I don't see a way to do the same in Word.

Yeah, I saw that shortcut.
Figures that MS would do it for one product and not another.

I guess I could always PDF my .doc and then have the "Next Page" functionality, but that's just one more step, and if there is a shortcut within Word, I'd rather do that.

Sorry, I should've clarified, I have a MBP...so no 10-key, "Home", "Page Down" buttons, ect....just a regular laptop QWERTY keyboard.

And I have a MBP. What's the problem?

⌘+page Down = ⌘+Fn + Down Arrow

Sorry, in your previous post "Fn" was not listed anywhere.

Also, when I do Cmd+Fn+Down Arrow, my MBP searches for whatever term was last used when I did a Cmd+F.

Oops! This is what I was remembering:

System Preferences > Appearance

Click in scroll bar to:
Jump to the next page
Jump to here

But, Word seems to ignore it. Excel obeys.
