Some iTunes Extras not for ATV?

Browsing the iTunes store tonight, I've noticed that some movies ( the Madonna Sticky Sweet Tour, Leigon, Pre-Orders like When in Rome and an LP for Keane) don't list the ATV as a way of playing the extras. It says "This iTunes extras is only for use on a Mac or PC with iTunes 9 or later." Is this a mix up or is there something else going on?

As far as I know it should be a mix up since Apple updated the Apple TV for this, and they also replaced some of the original Extras and LP to make sure they were formatted correctly to the Apple TV.

But I am not sure. I haven't bought a movie in a while, simply because Hollywood hasn't really made anything worth buying in quite some time, along with the lack of HD content on iTunes.
