Google Voice\GV Connect App Issue "Loading"

So I bought the new $3 GV Connect App from the app store, installed it on my 4.0.1 device, and now when I enter my credentials it just says "Loading" ... anyone know what the heck is going on? I've tried re-installing, rebooting, etc... but nothing seems to get it fixed. It just does the endless loading loop.

Just a stab in the dark but have you installed vWallpaper? My Twitter app never was able to get past the initial login screen because of a conflict with one of the apps related to vWallpaper. Maybe it also conflicts with this app.
EDIT: I just saw the developer made a note on the app description he is working on that problem. I guess a bunch of people have the same issue.
