does ios 4.1 fix the bluetooth headset problems?

For all of you familiar with the bluetooth headset problem I am curious to know if 4.1 fixes this? I have two bluetooth headsets and have not updated my ip4 yet. My streaming set (which i use to listen to music) constantly glitches and warps the sound. My other bluetooth will connect and reconnect constantly as I enter and leave wi-fi areas... very annoying, but I dont want to upgrade to 4.1 unless i am sure it will fix this issue.
 
I didn't have BT issues until 4.1; now I have to phone pairing ability after 4.1.
 
With iOs 4.1 and two Jawbones - Jawbone 2 and Jawbone Icon, the only change is that I no longer sound "underwater" to people, now I break up. Either way, I cannot use the bluetooth. Not a fix at all! Have reported this to Apple twice, and also to Jawbone. Getting no help at all.
