Mail Problem?

Hi All,

I am trying to sort a problem for my mum remotely, heres the problem.

She gets her email on her PC at work fine. (its a UK btconnect account (pop3))

She also gets the mail ok on her IP4 (disabled it atm to rule out the problem)
However on her iMac and MBP mail can see the messages on the server if i right click and go get info it - it shows the messages that she has not been getting for the past 5 days, and looks like its receiving the 28 messages but just does nothing.

Is this a mail problem or a BT problem, and what can I do?
