Hello:
I used Outlook on my Windows machine but since I switched to a Mac I now use iCal. The one thing I cannot figure out, and am guessing that it's not possible to do, is display what's in the "Location" filed when in Month view. It shows up in the daily/weekly view, but cannot figure our if it's possible in monthly view. After I enter all the kids activites I print out monthly calendars for my wife that she keeps with her. Knowing when my kids have games is great, but if we don't know where it defeats the purpose.
I guess I can add the location in the title so it shows up, but that's kind of defeating the purpose of have a separate entry for Location. I'm also looking into calendar sharing (we both have iMac's) but that doesn't help when she's not at her computer. Synching with her phone is anther option to look into, but my wife is a little old school and likes having the physical calendar with her.
Thanks,
Bob
