I live in the USA and have a US iTunes account but i'm English and prefer the UK iTunes Store to browse. Will there be any conflict if I get a UK account? (I have purchased items from the US store too)

I don't think you can browse the UK store from outside the country, but I may be wrong.

U can switch between Stores. I do it everyday but the hassle is that it asks u to login with a UK Store account a lot.

I have an Austrian account and one for the US store. It works pretty well. You can browse either store (and purchase items) simply by logging into the account for the country's store.

Oh thats good. So it doesnt confuse or mess up ur library?

No. I only download iPhone apps and it shows all of them, regardless of the account that was used to purchase them, in one list. The only annoying thing are updates because it requires you to log into the correct account to update apps.
