I've done a general search but am coming up empty. Is there a way to loop a video (e.g., DVD) on my Mac, but lock the keyboard to prevent others from fooling around with the computer while the video is running? I'm going to a convention/fair and would like interested people to look at a video, but not to mess around with the laptop.

lets just say you do find a "lock" how are you going to unlock it when your input methods are locked?

Perhaps lock the internal keyboard and use an external usb keyboard to unlock it? I know you can have the trackpad ignored when a mouse is present, i'm not sure if there is an option for keyboard...
