It's going to be hard to find a reputable source for this type of case. The case would have the Apple logo and name which is strictly prohibited by Apple.

It might be possible to find some sellers that ships direct from china.

you could also look on lucky labs and slap on their front and back (white) protectors. or you could do a combo of lucky labs front teksure and sgp leather back protector(white). these options come no where close to replacing the plates but it is a lot cheaper and wont effect flash and does protect the phone.
