iPhone 4 touchscreen randomly locks up.

Every morning and sometimes late at night, I go to open my screen and I can't slide the unlock button. It won't let me do anything. I have to either reset the iPhone or just wait until it decides it wants to work again.

Is this happening to anyone else?

What should I do?
