iTunes Destination, disable to shared folder

I changed my prefs for iTunes to go to F:/ which is an ext HardDrive with more space than my C:/. For whatever reason, my iTunes files auto copy to the Shared Folder on C:/ which eats up my memory.

Is there a way to stop it from copying to the shared folder? I have to keep on deleting iTunes from the shared and then my library is empty.

Please help if you can!
