I just reinstalled OS X and restored everything, well I thought, from TIme Machine. However, it looks like my applications didn't reinstall which I have had work perfectly fine before. I know there is a way inside OS X to do it instead of doing it during the initial install of OS X but I just don't know where that is. Can someone let me know?
