How to configure iPhone 4 cellular data on carriers other than at&t

I have a jailbreaked iPhone 4 running 4.0.1 and unlocked with ultrasn0w. I took it outside the US and I cannot use the cellular data. There is no where in the settings to configure it like the way iPhone 3Gs could be configured.

Anybody got an idea?
