I just invested a stack of money into a new 27 inch imac and have Signcut Productivity Pro installed along with Illustrator to cut Vinyl from my Refine cutter.
The only problem is, unlike when my cutter is plugged into my PC, the mac does not recognise my cutter.
The options in the settings do not show the USB connection. Please can anyone suggest what I need to do to get it to work?
I have sent a help ticket to Signcut and am awaiting a response, they are normally very good, I just wondered if anyone else has had this issue?
