I had an Otterbox Commuter on my ipad and also needed a sleeve. Went to the local BestBuy and saw that the Targus Crave netbook sleeve, aside from the price, was really no different than the ipad version as far as form and function. It may have been slightly larger than the ipad version, but this is rather ideal to accommodate the ipad with it's case on. Heck, the iPad version would have probably fit it just as well, but I didn't bother trying it out as I was already content with my findings.
Don't be surprised if manufacturers are just relabeling the packaging for some of their netbook sleeves to say "Made for iPad" and marking the price up a few bucks.
