I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 (iOS 4.0.1) that has experienced a weird glitch. About a dozen of my apps have had their icons turned white. The apps function fine but the icons remain white.

I have tried respringing, restarting, re-installing SBSettings and Mobile Substrate.
The only thing that works is re-installing the individual apps this glitch is affecting. This means my save game data or app data is erased in the process.
Does anyone have any suggestion what may have caused this glitch? Any ideas would be appreciated.
