I tried looking everywhere for an answer and didn't find an answer. Is iTunes 10 jailbreak safe? Thanks.

Huh? What do you mean by Jailbreak safe?

The new ITunes will not. Just make sure you are careful when you download and don't accidentally update the firmware of the phone. I would just update iTunes without the phone connected. I am currently running iTunes 10 with 4.0.1
