Is there a rubber gasket around the iPhone 4 like the 3G & 3GS?

No, as far as I know there isn't. Something that should've been introduced IMO.

I actually meant the gasket between the screen & bezel

nope, look at the teardown guides, both pieces of glass are teh same

its a piece of glass with a bit of plastic around the edge
