I just did a zero delete on my computer and only have CS5 master suite and Lightroom on my computer now(MacBook Pro 2010). I have 2 external harddrives I'm using. Both are 1TB. I have the Master drive with everything on it, and I want to use the 2nd drive to keep an updated copy of everything. Then I have a 3rd Hard drive, that I want to backup the 2nd backup and keep that off site.

What is the best way to go about this?

I recommend CarbonCopyCloner, as well.

My experience has been 180 degrees from another poster who said CCC had failed. I've seen SuperDuper quit in the middle of a backup.

Actually, this is how SD is set up. If SD encounters a bad file during the clone, the entire clone process is aborted.

CCC, on the other hand, ignores the bad file(s) and keeps on going.

Also...
You can easily set up CCC to only copy _certain things_ and ignore others. I never could find an easy way to do this with SD.

Perhaps the solution is to TRY BOTH OF THEM. Then decide which one you like better.
