Any heavy iPhone typists here?

How do you type?

- with thumbs held vertically in hands

- with thumbs held horizontally

- index finger held vertically

- index finger held horizontally.

I'm still trying to learn how to type more accurately and faster so I can break free from my work blackberry and do it all on one phone including typing a lot of emails.
