Best Application for Managing/Streaming DVD rips

I have a bunch of DVD-rips (all taken from disks I own) via Mac The Ripper and am looking for a program that can manage these files and stream them.

I really don't want to get into reducing them to files of just the film itself, and want to keep all the functionality and extras that came with the DVD available for streaming to my iPad, iPhone or Gen. 1 Apple TV (if possible).

Ideas?

Plex used to be able to handly my DVD rips, and I could stream them from wherever I had them stored. I setup the stored location as a shared folder, and then setup the shared folder in Plex on the local machine to stream them. I believe there is a Plex iphone app now, so it should work on the ipad too.
