iPhone 4 Conference calls?

Hi all,

I tried to do a conference call for the first time with my iPhone 4 on O2 and it wouldn't work?! I made my first call then pressed 'add call', selected the contact but then it said call failed straight away. I tried another couple of contacts and got the same thing...

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?!

Depends on your carrier, some don't allow three-way calls unless you add the feature.
