What I'm looking for is something similar to this application:

However, what I want it to do is use video. I want to mash together 4 separate videos on to one to play as one video. On iMovie 09 for my Mac, there is a picture in picture option which lets you do this, but I have yet to find an app which does this as well. Any suggestions?
