Safari download manager question...

I use to be able to download videos and photos to a certain folder where I could get to using ifile. But for some reason it is only download the link or something to that folder. Did I change a setting or something somewhere that messed this up?

I can still save photos to the camera roll, but not the folder I created.

EDIT: Ok, maybe this is dependant on the website. Just found one that has the "Download Image..." option along with the "Save Image" option.
