Was installing some Cydia apps today... now itunes and ifunbox does not see iphone...

Any ideas what the issue might be? I guess the PC recognizes it since it starts charging.

Trying to get a list of exactly what I installed today.
 
Ok... solved it. I'll post in case someone has the same issues.

I installed USB Drive today and left the device in "Drive Only". Switches it back to "Default" and itunes and ifunbox recognizes it just fine.
 
Same issue

I have the same issue, but this is with 4.3.4
Once I run cydia and install appsync, itunes won't recognize it. It is charging and I can see it in my computer but itunes won't.!!!
