Sharing apps using home sharing with one computer but not the other?

I can share apps with one account but not the other. I can still home share music from the one that is not able to share apps. Does this have something to do with preferences on the computer that is not able to share apps?

I have shared apps in iTunes 9 and 10 using homesharing, just not working with this one computer....
