i have my iphone 4 which has never been jailbroken and its having the error 1004 when i try to restore it in itunes please help!

just take it to the apple store. or put it in recovery mode.

But this happens every time I try to update the iphone software. Everytime there is an update I need to run recovery because it cleans out the phone.

found out what to do just download a app called tiny umbrella and force it out of recovery mode then restore as new
