Hello all.

Well for some reason after acidentiliy dropping my phone Saturday night it hasn't had any reception, I've restored it, reset all settings and network settings and nothing has changed.

Anyone know why this could be? I'm thinking its been damaged inside. Also I haven't got insurance and i'm sure i'm out of warranty.

I think O2 would give me a refurbished iPhone 3GS but for £150 I think, but was thinking could I buy one off eBay for cheaper and will it work?

Sometimes taking out sim card and putting it back in will fix the problem
 
Cheers, I just tried that a few times...goes to searching then back to no service :(
 
I'm having this same problem after a drop. Have much weaker reception. Anyone have any suggetions? PLEASE tell me I'm not going to have to go back to the dreaded Apple store...
