Anyone have this eBay case (fake Neo for iphone 4)

I have seen these at mall kiosks around. I had one for my 3GS as well. The issue is the lip surrounding the screen is usually sharp and not finished real well. Also dust gets in real easily and with the inside of the case it causes scratches. At least it did on my 3GS. I would stay away.
 
The first case I purchased for my 3GS in NYC on Canal St and it was horrible. For some reason it made me get less reception on my phone too.

The second case I ordered on ebay because it looked so similar to the SwitchEasy product but it didn't compare at all. The sides were very saggy and it fit weird.
