Lost 500MB of D Space after LimeRa1n

Can I get it back? When I sync I show 6.9G of free space but when it is finished syncing, it only shows 6.4G. I Restored to 4.1 then use Limera1n to JB. Always had 6.9G before. Where did I screw up? TIA
