I've just given up on Windows and gravitated to a Macbook. However I'm having trouble connecting to my HP5510 and G55 printers. I had the 5510 operating. Then I went to another location where the G55 is located. It was working fine. Then I downloaded a system update for OSX10.6. Now I'm back at the first location and no printers work. The printers show up as available but when I print nothing happens. I've had several attempts to solve the problem with the Apple Help folks but no-one seems to be able to help me. I've tried to download software from HP, disconnecting and re-adding the printers.
Does anyone have suggestions on how I can recover or reset and start from scratch or any other help approaches? It seems as though the update could be the problem.
