I use the earpiece with remote and mic. When I say play artist __________, it will play songs from the artist. How would I cancel that and let it play randomly shuffled songs?

"shuffle ____" I set up playlists so for jogging example, I can "play playlist jogging"

I tell mine to "play music", and it plays some random music =)

So true though. I can't ever get it to play the proper artist.
