Applecare for country with no Apple service?

Hello,

Apple dosn't have office in the country where i live, and we buy our iPhones from a company named Mobily. Its offical Apple reseller (like AT&T) and it give us 1 year warrenty.

My question, could i extend the warrenty 1 more year by using Applecare, or its only works with Apple offices?
 
you could extend it, but if the policy in your country is the same as what we have in singapore, you're going to need to send your phone to apple after the first year. your telco won't take it back.
