Jailbreak Confusion

I have posted this on here but other users feel they can just tack their question onto mine...frustrating.

I have an iPhone 4 with 4.0 installed. I jailbroke it using that jailbreakme.com site. I have not unlocked it nor do I ever plan to. I want to upgrade to 4.1 in iTunes. Can I just upgrade without any issues and keep the jailbreak? Or do I need to do something special to have 4.1 and a jailbroken phone? Is it even possible to have a jailbroken phone and 4.1?

Since you never plan to unlock you can use Itunes to upgrade to 4.1 and then jailbreak with limera1n. You cannot keep the jailbreak the Itunes upgrade to 4.1 will wipe it out and also prevent jailbreakme.com from working ever again. That is why you need the new tool.
 
limera1n is windows only correct?? So is there another way to do this using a mac?
