Orange bumper turning black

I just picked it up 3 days ago and it started with he corners and now the whole thing is starting to turn black. I tried scrubbing it with soap and wAter and even some alcohol with no luck. Anyone have luck cleaning these things? It's so ugly I stopped using it after only 3 days!

Thats why you should have went with the black one...LOL
 
It's most likely picking up dyes from something--purse, bag, pants pocket, whatever. My original pink bumper went this way, and I ultimately killed it trying to get it clean.(OxyClean will cause the rubber to bubble--not recommended!) It's like an eraser--nice and clean when the school year starts, and all gunked up within the first month.

I never did find anything that cleans it, and I tried a lot of stuff.

Have you tried magic eraser? Worked for a little while with my white bumper then kind of got gross so ditched it ;)

Works on regular dirt. Doesn't work on any kind of dye. (yep, tried it...) Still, it's worth a try.
 
I already have a black one, I just wanted something a bit different.

I'm thinking there's no solution to this other than not using it.
