Can I JB and unlock new bootrom 3GS 4.0.2?

With limera1n for jb on 4.0.2 new bootrom 3gs (for a friend) and use the current ultrasn0w version to unlock the baseband?

Does that work? Tried searching, didnt find any definitive answers.
