I might have to get my phone swapped out because of an issue with the speaker (all of a sudden it got really quiet and I can barely hear the person talking)...if they give me a brand new phone with 4.1 and the latest baseband, is it still jailbreakable? I don't need to unlock, I'm on AT&T.

Thanks!

Yes it will be jailbreakable. Until apple revises the hardware all iphone 4s will be jailbreakable.

You must not know about greenpo1son or limera1n, which just came out for jailbreaking 4.1.
