how to get photos, videos, contacts after jailbreaking to 4.1

hiya, well im new to jailbreaking and just recently did it from 4.0.1 jb to 4.1 GP. didnt realize i would lose all my inforation on my phone and wondering if theres a way to recover this? this would be really be helpful...

ps, woops, title is messed up, i should of typed this as a questions -_-;;
 
If you backed up your iPhone in iTunes, you should have been able to restore from that backup... Or if you have your contacts/calendar synced with your Mac/PC you could get your data back that way. Although, I'm not sure if Windows syncs photos in any way.

If you didn't backup your iPhone in either of those ways, then your data is gone.
