iphone 4 syncing to entourage - changing times

Hello -

I just spend an hour searching the forums for a solution and couldn't find an answer. An early apology if this problem is common. So....

i've been syncing my iphone 4 with my entourage calendar with no issues for over a month now. Last night I went to check out what was on schedule for next week and the times were all incorrect.

a 9am appointment created on my mac shows at 4pm on my phone, but appts made on my phone sync correct to my mac.

I don't believe I have upgraded any software.

Time zones are all correct on my mac + phone. I can't figure this out.
