Okay so do u guys save your shsh blob before or after the jailbreak , I'm very very new to these and how come the cydia on 4.1 don't have (make my life easier ) option ??

Eh, just don't jailbreak. Don't mess with the OS. It can slow it down & depending on what you download, some things can mess up with the OS.

I'm just saying the best way to solve this problem is not to get included in it. Too much goes on when you jailbreak and over time you make a mess of things with the amount of things you do to the iPhone.

I usually do it before I JB but it doesnt really make a difference.

I was using Forum Spy.
I'm not totally against it, it's just there so much complications after jailbreaking. Cydia is slow, it takes learning on how to use various apps together, ect.
I'm just putting an opinion I guess and not really helping since I don't know the answer.
